I want you to believe in yourself, to accept yourself, to show the world what you’ve got! This is not another weight loss/diet program, absolutely not although if losing weight is your goal and focus then I can help you with that.

Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, CBT and good clear advice are part of my unique Confident You Wellbeing program. I want you to see yourself differently, more lovingly. Did you know that even if you are eating the right amount but are really overwhelmed by stress you can store mid body fat? I can teach you new habits and behaviours to reverse the process. Did you know that fear and stress cause a chemical meltdown in your body that can lead to anxiety symptoms.

I’m going to help you change your thoughts around masking your feelings with self-sabotaging habits, set realistic and achievable goals and make significant changes to your lifestyle that will lead to great health and energy levels.

Do you reach for the biscuits, the cigarettes, the booze or whatever your comfort is when the going gets tough? Well you are not alone. We can look closely at your relationship between mood and habits if you are a self-soother in this way, don’t worry those habits can be changed. I am going to give you much better coping strategies that will leave you feeling better not guilty and full rather than empty.

You will have 5 weekly coaching sessions that can either be taken face to face or via Skype, the choice is yours. You will get lots of help and support and some great tools and advice. I will be here to put you on the road back to self-love, self-belief and good physical and emotional health. You will also have access to Email support and if you need it, follow up motivational sessions can be arranged additionally.

Only £350 for 5 weekly sessions with a free 2 month follow up consultation plus email support after the course is finished up until your 2 month follow up appointment..
